• Cost for most copy work is $0.20 per individual measure for any score with active notation.

(Measures with whole rests are at no charge)

As an example: a composition such as a string quartet containing 4 staves and 144 measures of music would be a total of 144 individual measures x 4 staves x $0.20 or $115.20. (Minus whatever whole measures rest)

• For chords/lyrics: add $0.05 per measure

• For part extraction: $1.00 per page and $30.00 hour

(Most part extraction is easily done with global page layout settings for all parts and usually takes only an hour or two. However, for longer compositions that require organizing well-chosen page turns the time can be longer, hence the hourly rate.)

Additionally, HardyHouse Music can do easy to advanced arrangements and transcriptions of songs and music from audiotape or CD if you do not have your music written down. (You don’t know your notes or chords… you just play it and sing!) The pricing for such is as follows:
